Once a well has been entered, the next step in the process is q/a by an engineer. The engineer reviews all the data entered to make sure it matched the files. They also do a more sophisticated check, looking through every record in a well and comparing it against the production decline curve and wellbore diagram to make sure all relevant data has been found in the files and entered.
